Thank you for choosing to support Horsfall House by requesting a collection tin. By doing this you can help us in our mission to support the elderly in our communities through our on-site and in-home services.

Please fill out the form below to apply for a collection tin. By applying, you’re accepting responsibility for looking after the tin, which includes emptying it on a regular basis and paying in the funds.

Our collection tins are available for ongoing use at a static location only, not for short-term fundraising at an event. If you require something on a short-term basis, please contact us.
