General Nursing

Our General Nursing unit cares for 22 residents in en-suite bedrooms. We aim to provide our residents with a comprehensive service of care delivery of the highest quality and to treat each resident with dignity, respect and remain sensitive to his/her individual needs and abilities.

All our care staff are trained to levels 2 & 3 in Health & Social Care and are involved in ongoing training programmes to maintain our high standards. We help residents to exercise choice and control in their daily lives and to promote their independence and personal values.

We aim to provide as much stimulation and encouragement as the individual needs and as a result we have an extensive range of activities and a varied timetable of events throughout the week available within the home. We also enjoy various outings within the area and where appropriate, involvement in local community projects.
