We provide a comfortable home in a beautiful setting with a warm atmosphere and ethos, overseen by the local, voluntary trustees and our dedicated, fully qualified staff.

There are 42 beds for the use of the elderly at Horsfall House. The accommodation is divided into two units:

  • General Nursing Care Unit for the physically infirm
  • Cotswold Unit for those with dementia

  • Each unit offers a wide choice of activities including art, music and gentle exersise in which residents are encouraged to participate 
  • The additional services of a hairdresser and a chiropodist are available by appointment. The local newsagent offers a service, and personal shopping can be catered for
  • The majority of residents are from the area and are normally able to retain their own Doctor, Dentist and other professional advisers
  • Horsfall House prides itself on the quality of its food. All meals are cooked on the premises from freshly-prepared ingredients, with emphasis on nutritional value, choice and presentation
