legacyIf you or a loved one has benefited from the service offered at Horsfall House, or even if you haven’t but feel you want to pass on some of your good fortune, you can leave a legacy in your will to Horsfall House.

Making a bequest is best done through your solicitor who will help you make your donation effectively. Just write to your solicitor and advise what type of legacy you would like to leave to Horsfall House.

Different types of legacy suit different intentions:

If you want to pass on a specific sum of money to Horsfall House ask your solicitor to write a pecuniary legacy. Simply tell your solicitor clearly that your legacy is a gift of a certain sum to benefit Minchinhampton Centre for the Elderly, Registered Charity No 287479 after your death.

If you want to pass on to Horsfall House a specific item or object simply ask your solicitor to write a specific legacy.
